Our research and evidence come from several ecosystems. We run collaborative programmes — Future Museum is our flagship, and its white papers are public. We work inside EU consortia like DOORS and EXCENTRIC. We founded Museum Leadership House, a non-profit think tank. We run our own benchmarks: the Museum Innovation Barometer, relaunching now to track barriers and enablers for museum innovation and Museum & Science Center Shop Benchmarking, hard numbers on what museum and science centre shops actually earn.
