After the museum grant, the Vienna Business Agency came back — this time for festivals: what kind of funding scheme would actually help festival organisers in Vienna and across Austria?

We designed and distributed a survey to festival organisers, conducted structured interviews across Vienna, analysed pain points, demand, and growth areas, and facilitated a public discussion of the findings with stakeholders.
