We delivered a keynote lecture at FOCUS:Museum 2025 – “Museum von morgen: Impulse, Innovationen, Inspirationen aus aller Welt” in Germany, focusing on the future of museum interactions and visitor experiences.

The lecture included:

  • Applying the Holistic Visitor Journey Model developed in the Future Museum project

  • Exploring how museums can reinvent themselves to inspire visitors on physical, digital, and emotional levels

  • Addressing the role of technology in enhancing, not replacing, human encounters

  • Highlighting emotions as a key to transformative visitor experiences

  • Showcasing international examples and insights from the Future Museum research
