Intro

The second Sparkle Report was written by the museum practitioners themselves. Each of the twenty teams incubated by DOORS documents its own pilot: what was planned, what changed along the way, and what was learned.

It was written for two audiences at once — their own colleagues, and the next museum attempting something similar. Alongside the twenty cases sit observations and commentary from experts in the sector.
